Baby Massage
Tuesday 2.00 - 3.00pm in the Centre. (Please book through Jenny or Ruth)
The Baby Massage course lasts for six weeks and has lots of benefits for parents and babies. The classes give parents and children an enjoyable time together which helps with the bonding process. It also promotes many other benefits such as better sleep patterns, relaxation and relief from colic.
During the classes pasrents will learn a series of massage routines for babies legs, arms, stomach, chest, back and face, it also includes a sequence of gentle movements and touch relaxation.

Baby Peep (Parents Eary Education Partnership)
Wednesday 10.30am - 12.00 in the Centre. (Please book through Jenny)
For babies aged 0-12 months. PEEP supports parents and carers in their your roles as the first educators of their children and offers information and support in helping him or her learn and develop.
The session includes songs, rhymes, treasure baskets, talk time for adults, story time, refreshments and an opportunity to record a baby’s achievements in a portfolio with photographs taken in the session. Parents/carers will also receive a free learning together folder with ideas of things to do at home with their baby and a song book and CD. Lots of opportunity to learn together and have fun at the same time!

Baby Weaning Group
Monday afternoon in the Centre. (Please book through Lisa - Dates and times to be arranged)
Three week weaning course designed to support parents to wean children healthily according to official government guidelines.

Breastfeeding Support Club
Tuesday 12.30 - 1.30pm in the Centre. (Drop in session)
For women who are or who want to breastfeed. Support including strategies will be given by trained centre staff.

Midwives Postnatal Appointment
Monday 9.15 - 11.30am Clinic Room 8 in the Medical Centre.
(For babies of less than 32 days old. Those who are older should be referred to the Health Visitors)
Postnatal appointment.

Sitters and Crawlers
Tuesday 11.15am - 12.15pm in the Centre. (Starts 10 January 2012)
Suitable for parent sand carers with small babies usually aged from 0 -1. The session includes song time, musical instruments, story time, bubble time, occasional themed craft activities and free play – an opportunity to have fun and spend quality time together.
